Overview
Xinluyao has more than 30 years of experience producing components of all types from many different kinds of elastomer.
Examples of products we have manufactured include:
·6-in. thick, 55-durometer Viton® seal with an 18-in. O.D. and a 1-in. cross section
·60-in. diameter kip seal made from FFKM Perfluoroelastomer
·7-ft square phenolic pad with 29 holes

Customer Input & Design
At Xinluyao, our design team will carefully covert your product specifications into detailed 3D models to validate the product prior to any tooling purchases
Prototyping Ability (Optional)
While it is not a critical phase, Xinluyao has the unique capability of offering prototypes on most customers’ products prior to any design finalization
Mold Production & Tooling
Mold making is Xinluyao’ specialty. We have a broad range on equipment, expertise and capabilities to create a successful solution.
